Our Board of Directors
Swegreen's board consists of five members.
The work of the Board
The Board of Directors is elected by the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board members are elected for a period of one year. In addition to its responsibility for the company’s organization and administration, the Board’s most important task is to take decisions on strategic matters.
In general, the Board handles matters of material importance for the Group, such as:
- Approval of the rules of procedure and CEO instruction
- Approval of strategic plans and policies
- Decisions on major investments in new projects
- Approval of business decisions and profitability targets
Marcus Petersson
Serial entrepreneur.
Founder of First Camp, Scandinavia's largest resort and holiday chain with over 1 million guest nights.
Also founder of real-estate and activity industries.
Competence in product development and technical implementation. Biggest private owner in Swegreen together with Pierre Mohlin.
Works full time in Swegreen as Technical Executive.
Pierre Mohlin
Serial entrepreneur.
Founder of First Camp, Scandinavia's largest resort and holiday chain with over 1 million guest nights.
Also founder in fashion, wine and real-estate industries.
Competence within finance, strategy, business development (MBA).Together with Marcus Petersson founder and biggest private owner in Swegreen.
Works full time in Swegreen as CEO.
Bo-Wilhelm Horndahl
Serial entrepreneur.
Founder and CEO of international design company Newport with stores nationwide and a rapidly growing e-commerce. The Nordic region's fastest-growing company in the high-quality interior segment.
Owner and founder of Supékort, the Nordic region's largest gift voucher company.
Jan Johansson
Former CEO of Oatly and Iittala Group Sweden.
Background within retail- and consumer goods as CEO and MD.
Advisor for management groups and boards in strategic projects – mainly within retail and consumer industries; either as board member or as a consultant.
Runs network of CEO:s with approximately 80 managers within Swedish retail business.
Mikael Lindblom

Anchor investor and active in the dollar unicorns Medius & Einride.
Founder and former CEO of fintech company Medius, global leader in cloud solutions around invoice automation.
Investor in, and developer of, sustainable tech companies with potential to become global solutionleaders in their industry.
